Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 4-10 business days. We will contact you if an item is out of stock and what your further options are.

We can do overnight shipping on most items - please contact us for a quote.

Regarding shipping to Canada or other countries, we ship via USPS priority mail international.  However, please note that Silver and Crystal Gallery does not take responsibility for any possible customs, taxes, or fees that may be applied with receiving the merchandise.

Return Policy

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us and we will email you a prepaid shipping label for immediate return and we will send you a replacement free of charge. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the wrong or damaged item for a free replacement.

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you may return the item in its original packaging with receipt within 7 days. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all labels attached. Silver and Crystal Gallery will determine, based upon its own subjective judgment, whether the returned item(s) conform with the conditions above. Some restrictions may apply. Silver and Crystal are of a delicate nature that require precise packing to avoid damage during shipment. Items that are returned damaged will not be credited back to your account. We will notify you if such an event should occur. Please contact us at 1-866-611-GIFT for a return authorization number that must be referenced on the invoice. Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable.

There are no returns on custom orders, discounted orders, seasonal items, sale items, or engraved items.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. The security of your credit card transaction is provided by SSL encryption and certified by a signed Starfield SSL Certificate.

We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards through PayPal.  You do not need to have an account with PayPal in order to charge your purchase. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still submit your card details on their secure site.
